Before real estate, I spent 25 years in the Washington, D.C. area serving in both military and civil service roles. That experience shaped the way I work today—disciplined, detail-oriented, and grounded in doing what’s right, even when it’s not the easiest path.

After returning to Northwest Arkansas to be closer to family, I discovered how much I valued helping others navigate big life transitions. Real estate became a natural extension of that calling.
