Hi, I’m Kellie Naylor—a licensed REALTOR® since 2005 and a Broker since 2015, serving clients throughout Northwest Arkansas.

Real estate has always been more than a career to me—it’s a profession built on trust, relationships, and helping people navigate some of life’s most important decisions. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients buy and sell homes, acreages, condos, investment properties, and commercial real estate. No two transactions are ever the same, which is exactly what keeps this work meaningful and rewarding.

Originally from Nebraska, I found my way to Northwest Arkansas and quickly fell in love with the area’s growth, energy, and lifestyle. It’s a community I’m proud to call home and even prouder to serve.

I believe education and expertise matter in real estate, which is why I’ve earned multiple professional designations, including CRS, ABR, CNE, SRES, GRI, AHWD, and e-PRO. These credentials reflect my commitment to staying informed, sharpening my skills, and providing clients with the highest level of service possible.

Just as important as knowledge, however, is how clients feel throughout the process. I’m known for being honest, direct, and a strong negotiator who always advocates for my clients’ best interests. My goal is to keep things clear, calm, and as stress-free as possible—because buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, exploring the roads and scenery of Northwest Arkansas, traveling when I can, and staying actively involved in the community through volunteering and local charities.
