Hi, I’m Kellie Naylor! I’ve been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005 and a Broker since 2015, and I genuinely love helping people navigate real estate. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes, acreages, condos, and investment and commercial properties—and no two journeys are ever the same.
I’m originally from Nebraska, but Northwest Arkansas completely won me over. Between the lifestyle, growth, and energy of the area, it felt like the perfect place to put down roots. I’m incredibly grateful to live and work in a community that offers so much.
I believe knowledge matters, which is why I’ve earned designations including CRS, ABR, CNE, SRES, GRI, AHWD, and E-Pro. But just as important, my clients know me for being straightforward, honest, and a strong negotiator who always has their best interests at heart. I keep things clear, calm, and as stress-free as possible—because buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my two dogs, enjoying the beautiful roads of Northwest Arkansas, or giving back through local charities. I love volunteering and staying involved in the community, traveling when I can, and spending time with family and friends.
