Hi, I’m Brandy! I’m a Realtor with Viridian Real Estate serving Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri.

I was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, where I also raised my three children before relocating to Southwest Missouri in 2013 after marrying my husband. We now live on a working farm, where we raise cattle, chickens, pigs, and horses—and life is full, busy, and deeply family-centered. Between us, we’re blessed with 15 grandchildren, which is truly my greatest joy.

I’ve spent the past five years helping clients in Northwest Arkansas and have recently expanded my services into Southwest Missouri. I specialize in first-time homebuyers, USDA Direct Loans, and helping sellers confidently prepare and list their homes.
