Real estate has always been more than a career for me—it’s a family tradition and a profession I’m passionate about.

As a full-time licensed Realtor in Northwest Arkansas since 2020, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 40 clients buy and sell residential properties, including luxury homes, investment properties, new construction, and first-time home purchases. Over the past five years, I’ve closed more than $14 million in residential real estate volume while building my business around exceptional client service, clear communication, and strong advocacy.

As a second-generation Realtor, I grew up surrounded by the industry. My mother, Michelle Poplin, has spent more than 25 years helping clients navigate the real estate market, and her mentorship has played a significant role in shaping my approach to the business.

Before becoming a Realtor, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design & Facility Management and worked in the design industry. That experience continues to be a valuable asset today, particularly when helping sellers prepare their homes for the market. I have a genuine passion for staging and presentation, and I enjoy helping clients highlight their home’s best features to create a strong first impression and maximize value.

My clients appreciate my attention to detail, proactive communication, and ability to manage the many moving parts of a transaction—from negotiations and inspections to title concerns and closing logistics. I believe real estate should feel organized, informed, and as stress-free as possible.
